The Research Associate is a key member of our Private Wealth Research team, responsible for delivering the analysis, insights and research that underpin investment decisions across the business.
Working across a range of asset classes, you will generate investment insights through deep research and analysis, maintain financial models and contribute to the development of research reports and recommendations that inform client investment outcomes.
This role is ideally suited to a highly analytical and curious individual who enjoys solving complex problems, uncovering insights from data and developing a deep understanding of businesses, markets and investment opportunities. You will be comfortable working extensively with financial information and spreadsheets, investigating company developments and assessing the impact of market events on investment outcomes.
Beyond technical capability, we're looking for someone who combines strong academic results with excellent communication skills, commercial curiosity and a genuine desire to support advisers and deliver positive client outcomes. The successful candidate will be collaborative, personable and confident engaging with stakeholders across the business, quickly building credibility within a high-performing and respected research team.

- Degree in Finance or a related discipline with a strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong Excel skills; Bloomberg experience is advantageous
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated team player with a proactive and professional approach to work
