Job Description
Indara is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join our People & Culture team on a 4-month maximum term contract. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture - Partnering & Operations, this hands-on role will project manage Indara HRIS and Payroll systems projects.
We are open to candidates seeking part-time arrangements of three days per week, with two days based in our St Leonards office.
About The Role
As HR Project Manager, you will lead HRIS and Payroll systems projects that best position Indara to leverage technology to enhance employee experience as well as drive efficiency and effectiveness of processes and data.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HRIS and Payroll systems projects including ELMO module implementations and existing module enhancements.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal and business leaders to ensure efficient and accurate outcomes.
- Develop practical guidance, controls and reporting
- Create, implement and close out the change management plan, including stakeholder engagement and communications.
Desired Skills And Experience
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Strong project and change management capability, with experience delivering HR systems or process improvements.
- Sound understanding of Australian workplace relations laws.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT and business leaders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data and requirements into practical guidance, reporting and recommendations.
Experience
- Experience working with HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems, ideally ELMO or a similar platform.
- Experience supporting HR system implementation, process improvement or change initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Employment Relations or a related discipline.
