Your new role
Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale education project in Tamworth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and managing subcontractor scopes of works
- Assisting with contract administration and contractual documentation
- Conducting QA inspections and maintaining quality records
- Supporting site safety inspections and compliance requirements
- Coordinating project documentation and reporting
- Monitoring project compliance across various work packages
- Assisting with progress tracking and project programmes
- Managing invoice processing and project administration
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Cadet, Site Engineer, or Contract Administrator
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage project documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Procore and/or Jobpac will be highly regarded
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced construction professionals
