About the Role
As a Senior Dental Ceramist, you'll play a key role in producing highly aesthetic restorations while working alongside a collaborative and skilled team.
- Anterior and posterior crown and bridge restorations
- Implant-supported restorations
- Veneers and aesthetic ceramic cases
- Zirconia, PFM, e.max and layered ceramic restorations
- Shade matching and aesthetic case planning
- Quality control and final finish of restorations
- Collaborating closely with clinicians and internal technicians
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement, mentor developing technicians, and help shape the future capability of the laboratory.

About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist
- Strong knowledge of ceramic layering and staining techniques
- Experience with zirconia, e.max and implant restorations
- Excellent understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion and aesthetics
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A growth mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies
Highly Regarded
- CAD/CAM experience
- Exocad or similar digital design software exposure
- Implant prosthetic experience
- Mentoring or leadership experience
