The agency supports the NSW Trustee, the Public Guardian and the Commissioner of Dormant Funds to carry out their statutory functions. We do this by providing a range of customer-centred services, including Will-making, trustee, financial management and guardianship services, including some for the state’s most vulnerable people.

Financial Performance and Investments comprise teams supporting the financial and investment needs of our clients as well as maintaining, enhancing, and protecting their assets. These services cover the management of properties, shares, investments, and other personal assets; the processing of customer and third‑party payments and receipts; the handling of a range of taxation matters; developing financial plans and budgets to support our customers; and providing corporate frameworks, tools and services for Procurement, Project Management Governance, and Budgeting and Reporting to the organisation
