REFOCUS is seeking a Kinship Finding Practitioner (Connecting Kin) to join our Kinship Services team and help children and young people maintain meaningful family, cultural, and community connections. This role identifies, locates, and engages relatives and significant people who may be able to care for or sustain lifelong connections with children in out-of-home care.
You will work within Connecting Kin, build family network maps, and collaborate with Child Safety and community organisations to
