They are currently seeking a valuable new team member to provide support to the principal.

Your exceptional legal experience in areas such as general commercial litigation, both employment and construction disputes, as well as commercial law, will be put to outstanding use whilst you undertake a variety of tasks, such as:

- draft and finalise correspondence and legal documentation
- word processing of correspondence and documents
- arranging and assisting with preparation of Court documents including briefs to Counsel, Court Books, pleadings, affidavits and subpoenas
- court appearances including instructing Counsel
- advising on a range of litigious matters
- managing your own files, meeting deadlines
- meeting with clients to take instructions, and give clear,



commercially focussed advice
- manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
- maintain accurate file management and comply with professional and ethical obligations

Qualifications required:

- Completeddegree in law and admitted to practice in the Supreme Courtof Victoria
