Join the dedicated early childhood education team at St Helena Early Learning in our Greensborough, Victoria location. We are seeking passionate Kindergarten Teachers and Diploma Trained Educators to contribute to our vibrant and nurturing learning environment. There are opportunities for Permanent Part time and casual roles to shape the minds of our youngest learners.

What you'll be doing

Deliver engaging, developmental, and age-appropriate educational programs for children

Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters curiosity and creativity

Observe and assess children's progress, and collaborate with families to support each child's unique needs

Maintain transparent, detailed records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements

Actively participate in team meetings, staff training, and professional development opportunities

Role model positive behaviour and reinforce the centre's values and policies

What we're looking for

A recognised, Kindergarten Level Teaching Qualification and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues





A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high‑quality care

Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and relevant regulations and standards

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
