About the role This role supports Redgate's marketing efforts by providing critical insights into performance. You will act as a key analytical partner for the Chief Marketing Officer and the entire Marketing Leadership Team. Your work will help connect marketing activities directly to revenue outcomes, guiding strategic decisions.

- Engagement: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (maternity cover)
- Compensation: £55,000 to £70,000, depending on experience

What you'll do

- Define and refine how marketing performance is measured across global go-to-market teams.
- Build scalable dashboards and self-service reporting tools to reduce ad-hoc requests.
- Develop performance forecasts and scenario models that link marketing efforts to revenue.
- Provide data-driven insights to identify risks and opportunities for the marketing organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders in marketing, sales, and finance to guide data-informed decisions.

Requirements





- Experience in marketing analytics or marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Strong understanding of pipeline, campaign, and lead performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, compelling narratives to various stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness, with experience in forecasting, performance modeling, and scenario planning tied to revenue.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
