Colac Motorcycles is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts & Accessories Manager to lead our parts department and play a key role in the future growth of our business.

Located in South West Victoria, we are a family-owned dealership with a strong reputation for customer service, technical expertise and long-term customer relationships.

This is more than a traditional parts counter position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of inventory management, customer service, supplier relationships and departmental performance while contributing to the broader success of the dealership.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the dealership owners, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Parts & Accessories Department and support retail customers, trade clients, workshop technicians and the sales team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time while maintaining strong inventory control and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage parts inventory and stock ordering

- Monitor stock turns and aged inventory

- Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes

- Manage supplier relationships and backorders

- Assist retail and trade customers

- Support workshop technicians with parts sourcing

- Work closely with sales staff to maximise accessory sales opportunities

- Maintain accurate inventory and system records

- Drive department profitability and efficiency

- Contribute to process improvements across the dealership

You understand the importance of customer service, stock accuracy and attention to detail while also recognising that a successful parts department contributes significantly to overall dealership profitability.
