Orthokids is Melbourne's leading children's bracing and orthotic clinic. With a team of 20 across multiple clinic locations, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional care to kids and their families.

The Role

You'll be part of a close-knit team, welcoming clients, keeping our clinic running smoothly as well as helping bring our brand to life across social media. This full-time role is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, with a passion for helping people and promoting our brand as well as chasing variety and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome families with warmth and professionalism

Manage appointments and scheduling (Cliniko)

Answer phone and email enquiries clearly and kindly





Support clinicians with day-to-day coordination

Handle billing and NDIS funding processes

Assisting with building and managing our social media presence

Assisting with creating and scheduling content for our social media channels

Assisting with the building and managing of the social media and marketing plan

What You Bring

Strong communication skills and a friendly, qualified manner, an interest in or experience with social media and content creation, excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability, confidence with Microsoft Office and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), and a proactive, can-do attitude. Experience within a healthcare or NDIS setting will be an advantage
