Run legal cases for clients seeking their entitlement from the estate of their loved ones:

Investigate and assess family provision and contested probate claims

Drafting position statements, court pleadings, affidavits, and formal settlement agreements

Build rapport with clients, deliver pragmatic, objective legal advice to clients navigating highly emotional family dynamics

Manage and attend mediations and court hearings, draft court orders, and brief and instruct counsel

Run your files with support from other team members

Utilise your time management skills, meeting deadlines

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have a combination of the following skills:

- 1 to 5 years experience as a Solicitor
- Experience in wills/estates and litigation will be highly regarded
- Prepared to think out of the box, and work as part of a team, and with the Principal
- Be proactive, time focused, and have the ability to work independently
- Aim to deliver top, personalised service, to achieve the best results
