The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Construction Administrator to join our Construction team in Osborne Park.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction bookings once monthly schedules are finalised
- Coordinate and oversee bookings for Site Start Supervisor
- Maintain and update the Slab List
- Liaise with contractors to confirm bookings
- Prepare and distribute project documentation including plans, purchase orders, contracts, and construction details
- Provide administrative support

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in residential construction administration, scheduling, or similar
- Ability to read and interpret building plans, contracts, and technical documentation




- Skilled in reviewing subcontractor quotes
- High attention to detail with solid organisational skills
- Strong communication skills across contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Microsoft Excel skills

Highly Regarded

- Understanding of slab preparation, site works, and early-stage construction
- Experience with BA20 documentation and local authority requirements
- Proficiency in ClickHomes
