The Opportunity

Are you great at building rapport, solving problems, and talking to people? We are building a new team in our Newcastle office and are looking for three motivated, people-focused individuals to join us.If you have experience in customer service, call centres, or administration, you already have the core skills we are looking for. This isn’t a traditional “recruitment” desk; we are looking for the right personalities to help us connect with candidates.You’ll have the stability of a permanent role with great flexibility—offering both Full-Time and Part-Time options—with absolutely no sales targets or quotas to meet.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the voice of our team, keeping things organized and ensuring every person you speak with has a great experience. Your day-to-day will involve:

Connecting with People





Managing inbound and outbound conversations to help candidates find the right opportunity.

Building Relationships

Listening to people’s career stories and making them feel supported and valued.

Staying Organized

Handling the important paperwork, keeping schedules on track, and ensuring our processes run smoothly.
