Our client is a well-established residential & commercial builder with a strong presence across South East Queensland. They are now seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join their team-oriented team and support ongoing growth...could this be YOU?!

Your new role

Reporting to an experienced Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate production estimates across a high-volume residential construction portfolio. You'll work across a range of detached housing products including investor homes, owner-occupier homes, terrace homes and selected custom projects.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and compiling bills of quantities
- Producing production and variation estimates
- Managing purchase order overruns
- Assisting with supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Supporting procurement processes where required




- Maintaining pricing databases and standard house plans.

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Production Estimating
- Residential construction industry experience
- Experience using estimating software platforms
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
