We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Baker to join our team and learn the craft of artisan baking.

About the Role:

As a casual Qualified Baker, you will work alongside experienced bakers to learn all aspects of the baking trade. You'll gain hands-on experience producing a wide range of traditional and specialty breads, pastries, and other bakery items while completing your formal training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation, production, and baking of high-quality bread and bakery products
- Learn and follow all Bakers Delight recipes, production schedules, and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment
- Follow food safety standards and occupational health and safety procedures
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and customer demand
- Participate in stock control,



storage, and waste minimisation processes
- Develop technical baking skills and product knowledge under the supervision of qualified bakers
- Undertake training modules and attend required off-site training as part of the apprenticeship

About You:

- Passionate about baking and keen to build a career in the industry
- Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn
- Positive attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as required
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- No previous baking experience necessary - full training provided!
