Spendless Shoes is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Support Office. You will drive recruitment, HR operations and WHS administration across our national business, reporting to the Head of People & Culture.
This role offers exposure to a growing People & Culture function transforming from support to strategic business partner. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, while maintaining HR records and systems.
