We’re a Melbourne-based painting company with a national footprint, specialising in retail, hospitality, and commercial projects. Right now, we’re expanding — and we’re looking for trade-qualified painters or those with 10+ years of professional experience to join our growing team.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re not after just any painters — we want individuals with a passion for high-quality work, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic. If you’re ready for a role that offers more than just the basics.

Requirements & Expectations:

- Spray painting experience – including cleaning of spray equipment and the ability to troubleshoot if issues arise.
- Weekend availability – some projects are deadline-driven and require weekend work to meet client expectations.




- Night shift flexibility – certain jobs start around 5pm and finish between midnight and 3am. Higher rates apply for these hours.
- Willingness to work away from home – including interstate or remote regional locations. Travel costs including flights, accommodation, car hire, fuel and other associated costs are paid for and a living away allowance is paid for these jobs.
- Experience with special finishes – including renders, French wash, and brush effects. Training available for those with the right attitude.
- Own tools and reliable work vehicle
- Must be a team player with a robust sense of responsibility and pride in their craft
