Randstad is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader for the 000 emergency call centre in Australia. You will lead up to 15 staff, drive nightly operations and ensure service levels during a high-stakes environment.

This permanent, full time role operates on an 8-week roster, moving toward 4-on 4-off, with shifts 8:30 pm to 6:10 am. You’ll coach and develop the team, report on workload with SharePoint and Power BI, and resolve escalated issues.
