As the clinic continues to grow, they're looking for a motivated Junior / Grade One to Mid‑Level Physiotherapist to join their team. About the Role

You'll work with a diverse patient caseload across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, helping patients move better, recover from injury and achieve meaningful long‑term outcomes. - Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal, neurological and functional assessments — administering muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests — to identify and diagnose patients' physical impairments
- Design and implement individualised, evidence‑based treatment programs for patients presenting with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, sports injuries, WorkCover/TAC-related conditions and other disorders
- Apply manual therapy techniques, including spinal and peripheral joint mobilisation/manipulation, dry needling and therapeutic cupping, to relieve pain, restore joint mobility and improve movement
- Prescribe and progress individualised, gym‑based exercise programs to strengthen muscles, restore functional movement, and improve patients' balance and coordination
- Educate patients and their families on their condition, injury prevention, recovery expectations and long‑term self‑management to support healthy, sustainable outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of assessments, treatment plans and progress notes in line with professional and regulatory standards




- Manage an individual patient caseload across musculoskeletal, sports, chronic pain, WorkCover/TAC and NDIS home‑visit clients, liaising with referring practitioners as required
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff, and participate in team meetings and professional development activities, to support coordinated, high‑quality patient care

Requirements

- Hold a Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Currently hold Limited or Full Registration for Supervised Practice with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Persons holding limited registration will be expected to move towards full during employment.

- At least 12 months experience practising as a physiotherapist.
- Sound clinical assessment, treatment planning and manual therapy skills.
- Strong communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary liaison.
- Commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centred practice.
- Experience or training in musculoskeletal, sports, neurological or vestibular rehabilitation is desirable.
- Additional certification in Pilates‑based rehabilitation, kinesiology taping, or dry needling will be viewed favourably.

Salary: $77,000 - $95,000 per annum + superannuation Location: 36 Bamburgh St, Jacana VIC 3047 Type: Full Time We will be accepting applications until midnight Sunday 23rd August 2026.
