Beilby Downing Teal Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Design Office Manager to lead the engineering and design function for formwork, shoring and scaffolding projects. You will oversee a small team of engineers and designers, convert customer enquiries into protected, commercially viable and technically sound solutions, and ensure all designs comply with Australian Standards.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will allocate design queries, review calculations and drawings, support the sales team
