We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who enjoys community practice, values clinical excellence and wants to contribute to the growth of both clients and fellow clinicians.

You’ll work closely with our Allied Health Professional Team Leader and multidisciplinary team, sharing knowledge, mentoring Occupational Therapy students and helping strengthen our collaborative learning culture.

About the role

Working across aged care and NDIS, you'll provide evidence-based Occupational Therapy services including:

- Functional, ADL and home safety assessments
- Assistive Technology prescription and equipment trials
- Home modification assessments and recommendations
- Falls prevention, reablement and therapy-based interventions
- Clinical reports for Support at Home,



Home Care Packages and NDIS
- Collaboration with clients, families, Care Managers and allied health professionals
- Student supervision and contribution to career development within the team

Our dedicated Occupational Therapy Administration Team coordinates your appointments and scheduling, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional clinical care.

About you

We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who has progressed beyond managing their own caseload and is ready to contribute to the development of the profession through mentoring, collaboration and clinical excellence.

You'll bring:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills
- Experience in aged care, community practice and/or NDIS
- A passion for mentoring, collaboration and continuous learning
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and ACT Working With Vulnerable People Registration (or willingness to obtain)
