THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a senior NDIS Business Manager to design, build, and implement our NDIS division from the ground up, leading everything from service model design through to operational rollout and commercial growth. You will have the autonomy to shape the division, supported by an experienced executive, marketing, workforce, and compliance infrastructure.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential Experience

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the NDIS or disability sector
- Experience launching or scaling NDIS services
- Solid knowledge of NDIS registration and compliance
- Proven commercial and operational leadership capability
