We're looking for an experienced Afternoon Operations Supervisor to lead our DC team, drive performance and ensure daily operations run safely, efficiently and on budget.

How you will add value:

- Lead and supervise afternoon shift Distribution Centre operations
- Manage labour and resources to achieve productivity, service and cost targets
- Coach, develop and support team members to deliver strong performance
- Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with warehouse processes and systems
- Drive a positive safety culture and ensure adherence to OH&S; requirements and Adairs policies
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate operational priorities and KPI’s
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service outcomes

About You:

- Experience leading teams within a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of DC operations, inventory control and warehouse systems
- Proven ability to manage productivity, labour and operational costs
- Solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements




- A confident leader who can motivate teams, solve problems and drive results
- Solid communication, planning and organisational skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for operational excellence
