We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) with strong Agile delivery expertise to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and scrum teams to ensure high-quality requirements, seamless delivery, and continuous value realization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Analysis & Requirements

- Lead rigorous as-is/to-be gap analyses across business processes and application systems to conceptualise high-level future-state architectures.
- Create centralised knowledgebase in in Confluence
- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions
- Manage and maintain product backlog in collaboration with Product Owner

Agile Delivery

- Act as a key member of Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and understood by development teams
- Support incremental delivery, continuous feedback, and iterative improvements
- Help remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to align expectations
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with architects, Product Owners, SMEs, UX designers and technical team
- Conduct high-level negotiation and consultation to align priorities, resolve competing requirements,
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts
- Partner with Change Management teams to conduct impact assessments and guide organizations through transition strategies before and after Go‑Live

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities for business process optimization and automation
- Conduct data-driven research and Recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Agile processes

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Core Requirements

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Protected)
- Proven ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Business & Technical Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation
- Knowledge of data analysis, integration concepts, and system architecture
- Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or process modeling tools

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong facilitation and workshop management capabilities
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
- Adaptability in fast-paced Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in digital transformation or product-based environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
