AccessEAP The Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and embedding a culture of quality, risk awareness, and regulatory compliance across the AccessEAP organisation. This role oversees the maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.

In addition, the role manages the organisation’s risk management framework—identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organisation’s reputation, safety, security, or financial sustainability, as well as supporting the ISO 27001 accreditation and maintenance. The role ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, and supports risk reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and relevant Committees. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, this role plays a critical part in safeguarding organisational integrity and driving continuous improvement.

Benefits Task & responsibilities Key responsibilities

- Lead annual risk assessments across all business units and maintain Risk Registers, Policies, Procedures and Frameworks
- Manage incidents and determine appropriate Risk, Legal or Compliance pathways and reporting
- Track and support completion of corrective actions and non recurrence measures
- Act as Internal Auditor for ISO9001
- Own the Controlled documents process and provide support to Document Owners
- Develop and update quality-related controlled documents
- Manage ISO9001 accreditation and support ISO27001 accreditation and maintenance
- Maintain compliance records and monitor changes in regulations and industry requirements




- Initiate and monitor non conformance reports and analyse trends for Quality Management Review
- Prepare and distribute monthly customer feedback summaries for leadership
- Support qualification and monitoring of quality impacting suppliers and vendors Qualification & experience Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce, Governance or other relevant field.

3+ years in a senior Quality, Risk and Compliance role Experience of interpreting and applying the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality) Knowledge and experience of ISO 27001 (Data Security) Extensive experience in core Quality Management activities including document control, internal auditing, non-conformance management and management review Working knowledge of accounting and controlling operations.

Developed financial, regulatory and commercial acumen.

Understanding of regulations relevant to the Employee Assistance Program industry and robust knowledge of internal controls and compliance practices desirable. Understanding of legislation and requirements relating to privacy and personally identifiable information (PII)
