- Collaborate with experienced agronomists and agricultural specialists to gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of farming and crop management.

- Conduct field trials and gather data on crop performance, soil health, and pest management to support ongoing research initiatives.

Requirements
- A degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with a keen interest in sustainable agriculture practices.
