Heidi is seeking a GTM Ops Lead in Melbourne to own global and regional GTM capabilities, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Analytics and GTM Engineers. You will drive data governance, platform alignment, and end-to-end processes across regions, with a robust APAC in-region component as needed.

You’ll manage platform governance, lead lifecycle workflows, routing, commissions, revenue operations, and renewal systems, while mentoring junior analysts and shaping the GTM tech stack
