BlueRock Healthcare is a rapidly growing registered NDIS provider delivering Specialist Support Coordination, Community Nursing, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Complex Supports, Forensic Disability Services, Justice Pathways and Clinical Care across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
We are entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for an exceptional General Manager – Operations to take complete ownership of our operational performance while working closely with the Managing Director.
This is not a traditional operations role.
We need someone who can build systems, lead people, drive accountability, improve profitability and create an NDIS organisation capable of significant national growth.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the entire operational business.
You will ensure our participants receive exceptional outcomes while building systems that allow the business to grow efficiently and profitably.

- Rostering
- Community Nursing
- SIL Operations
- Workforce Performance

- Administration
- Business Development
Your responsibility is simple:
Make the business run exceptionally well.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead all daily operations across multiple states
- Develop scalable operational systems
- Build Referral Pathways
- Improve productivity across every department
- Build an accountable, high-performing culture
- Improve operational efficiency
- Increase billable utilisation
- Monitor operational KPIs
- Reduce waste and unnecessary expenditure
- Work closely with finance on forecasting and budgeting
Leadership
- Lead and mentor
- Operations Managers
- Administration
- Intake
- Rostering
- Nursing
- SIL teams
- Create a culture of ownership rather than supervision.
Process Improvement
- Review every workflow including
- Intake
- Onboarding
- Rostering
- Service Agreements
- Reporting
- Workforce Planning
- Identify bottlenecks and implement smarter systems.
Growth Support
Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure operations can support rapid expansion.
About You
You are an experienced NDIS executive who genuinely enjoys building organisations.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and naturally bring structure where others see chaos.
You don't wait to be told what to do—you identify problems, solve them and build better systems.
You have:
- 8+ years in senior NDIS operational leadership
- Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Proven experience improving productivity
- Experience implementing operational systems
- Robust analytical and decision-making abilities
Highly Desirable
Must have experience within one or more of:
- NDIS
- Disability Services
- Community Services
- Aged Care
- Allied Health
- Hospital Operations
Experience scaling organisations will be highly regarded.

Salary & Benefits
- $160,000–$190,000 + Super
