Not someone to simply keep content calendars full. Someone who understands that social media is part of a bigger commercial picture and wants to help challenger brands grow. Social Fixation is a creative partner for challenger brands. We start with ideas and own outcomes, partnering with ambitious businesses across FMCG, coffee, hospitality and technology to solve growth problems without bureaucratic bullshit.

- The social presence of a portfolio of challenger brands.
- Content planning that follows a given strategy, not trends.
- Captions that sound human and communicate with purpose.
- Creative ideas that earn attention for the right reasons.
- The way brands show up every single week.

What you bring

- Experience managing social media for brands (ideally agency side experience).
- Solid copywriting and communication skills.
- Great judgement and attention to detail.
- An understanding of culture without chasing every trend.
- The ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing quality.
- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to challenge ideas if you think there's a better solution.

- Collingwood studio with hybrid flexibility.
- Hourly rate $35-$40 + incentives (based on experience).
