We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team producing IVD device. This is a full-time position based in North Ryde Sydney, close to Macquarie Park Metro station. In this role, you will be integral to our manufacturing, ensuring that products are produced to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work as part of a small dynamic production team, contributing to the day-to-day operations that keep our manufacturing facility running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Conducting quality checks on finished products and materials to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area following GMP requirements, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Recording production data and reporting any issues or discrepancies to supervisors
- Following standard operating procedures (SOP) and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Assisting with material handling, packaging and preparation of products for dispatch including monthly stock take etc....





What we're looking for

- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or production environments, recent graduates in Science or Engineering with a year experience can also apply.
- Ability to operate machinery safely and follow detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production requirements
- Candidates should be a Permanent Resident.
- Recent graduates in science or engineering with permanent residency and has 6 months experience in production environment can also apply
