We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Eastern Creek Distribution Centre, supporting one of Australia's leading specialty retail businesses. About the Role

Reporting to the NSW DC Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the day‑to‑day operations of a busy, rapid‑paced distribution centre, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met while leading a team focused on safety, service, productivity and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse employees across inbound, outbound pick pack function.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment to achieve service, productivity and quality targets.
- Monitor labour resources and workflow, responding quickly to changing operational priorities.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation,



company policies and customer requirements.
- Work closely with customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders to meet demanding operational requirements.
- Identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct toolbox talks, performance conversations and on‑the‑job coaching.
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance to achieve operational and customer service targets.
- Ensure the warehouse is maintained to a high standard of housekeeping and presentation.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership position.
- Proven experience leading teams within a fast‑paced, high‑volume distribution centre or 3PL environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- A proactive, organised and hands‑on leadership style with a strong customer focus.
