THE ROLE

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with travel industry partners, assisting them with booking a wide range of domestic and international travel products.

Your day will include:

- Assisting travel agents with new bookings across inbound and outbound travel.
- Managing booking amendments, changes and cancellations.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships with industry partners.
- Providing expert product knowledge and sales support to help clients find the best travel solutions.





THE MUST HAVES

To be successful, you'll have:

- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant within a retail or wholesale travel environment.
- A proven track record in sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Flexibility to work a Monday to Saturday roster.
