Novotel Sydney Parramatta is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing operations. This full time role reports to the General Manager and focuses on exceptional guest experiences, team engagement and commercial performance.
You will drive daily operations, coach the F&B; team and collaborate with the kitchen to deliver a seamless guest journey while managing rosters, costs and inventory.
