CBMG Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and highly organised New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our team based at our Rocklea facility. This is a pivotal role within our operations, responsible for coordinating the preparation and delivery of all new vehicles sold across our Bowen Hills and Toowong dealerships, spanning our full brand portfolio including Mitsubishi, Chery, Geely, Skoda and Kia.

- Coordinate the end-to-end preparation and delivery process for all new vehicles sold across the Bowen Hills and Toowong dealerships
- Schedule and manage pre-delivery inspections (PDI) ensuring all vehicles are prepared to the highest standard prior to customer handover
- Liaise with sales teams across both dealerships to ensure accurate and timely delivery scheduling
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery timelines, vehicle status, and handover arrangements, ensuring a premium customer experience at every touchpoint
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, delivery status, and pre-delivery completion across all brands
- Coordinate with transport providers for vehicle movements between Rocklea, Bowen Hills and Toowong as required
- Monitor and manage vehicle delivery volumes,



identifying and resolving delays or scheduling conflicts promptly
- Ensure all delivery documentation, including registration, compliance plates, and handover packs, is accurate and complete prior to delivery
- Work closely with the Rocklea operations team to manage vehicle stock levels and bay allocation efficiently
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction

About You

- Proven experience in a vehicle delivery, automotive operations or logistics coordination role is highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine customer service focus
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your role with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail, particularly in relation to documentation and vehicle preparation standards
- Proficient in the use of dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Queensland driver's licence (essential)
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when working under pressure
