Graeber & Co Painting is a locally owned and operated painting company based in Torquay, servicing the Geelong and Surf Coast region. We've built our reputation on quality workmanship, professionalism and looking after both our clients and our team.

We're looking for an experienced, reliable painter who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing local business.

What you'll be doing

- Interior and exterior residential painting.

- Surface preparation, filling, sanding and caulking.

- Brushing, rolling and spraying to a high standard.

- Working independently and alongside a small, supportive team.

- Delivering quality workmanship while helping maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service.

What we're looking for

- Certificate III in Painting & Decorating.

- White Card.

- Current driver's licence.

- Painting experience with a strong eye for detail.

- Pride in producing high-quality workmanship.

- Reliable, organised and professional.

- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.





- A great attitude and willingness to continue learning and developing.
