About the Role

Join a close-knit P&C; team as our trusted generalist advisor. Based at our Abbotsford office (one day per week in Ballarat), you'll advise leaders, drive L&D; initiatives, manage ER cases and contribute to culture projects that support our national network.

What You’ll Do

- Advise managers on employee relations and ER case management
- Design and deliver L&D; programs across multiple delivery modes
- Support recruitment, performance and career planning frameworks
- Analyse P&C; data to surface insights that drive engagement




- Build relationships and embed policy across the national network

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR or P&C; role
- Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills
- Ability to manage complexity and drive accountability
- Passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement
