We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Glassons team. As part of our dynamic retail environment, you will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences and supporting the success of our stores across the below locations.

What you'll be doing

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience
- Assist with the presentation and maintenance of our store, ensuring it is clean, tidy and visually appealing at all times
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and providing excellent service at the point of sale
- Restock and replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring products are always available for our customers
- Support the store team with various administrative and operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

- Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all ages
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a quick-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
