THE ROLE
You’ll be right at the heart of the clinical team, working chairside with our dentists to deliver a smooth and comfortable experience for every patient.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing skilled chairside assistance across a full range of general dentistry
- Preparing and setting up surgeries for each appointment
- Managing infection control and sterilisation to a high standard
- Keeping patients comfortable, informed and at ease throughout their visit
- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and records
- Ordering and managing stock and supplies
- Supporting the smooth running of the day, from patient flow to turnaround between appointments
- Working closely with reception and the wider team to keep things running well
You’ll be someone who takes real pride in getting the detail right, who patients feel comfortable with,
and who the rest of the team can rely on.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting
- Full or Part Time
- Strong chairside assisting skills and a genuine interest in providing great patient care
- High attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- A positive influence on team culture
- A person who genuinely cares about patients, colleagues and the quality of their work
- Someone keen to keep learning and building on their skills, whether that's four-handed dentistry, new systems or new areas of clinical support
