About The Role

Atlas FM is looking to recruit a mobile cleaner with a robust contract cleaning background. The role is based around the Sheffield, Bradford, Wakefield, Doncaster and Leeds areas.

Pay: £13.36 per hour.

Hours: This is a zero‑hours cleaning role designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.

This position may require early mornings, late evenings and nights; the successful candidate must be very flexible depending on the needs of the business.

What you’ll be doing

- Dedicate your time on different sites to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ client sites.
- Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week.
- Receive a company van, fuel card and mobile phone.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.




- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all time.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

- Have an attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (training provided for suitable candidates).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic spoken English and confidence communicating with members of the public.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK (provide evidence at interview).
- Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check and BPSS check.
- Driving licence check before deployment due to the nature of the position.
