What you'll do

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate automotive solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and influence future product enhancements.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive sector or a related field.
- Strong understanding of automotive products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and events.
