Clinical/General Psychologist & Clinic Deputy Manager

We are continuing to expand our service provision and are seeking a qualified Clinical or General Psychologist to join our beautifully appointed practice in Bendigo, VIC.Ideally, we are also looking for an experienced clinician who would relish the chance to take on leadership and managerial duties as a deputy manager for the clinic covering maternity leave.

MANAGEMENT
Catherine and Jamie co-founded Succoris Psychology with the aims of improving access to psychological care, as well as providing supportive and kind environments for staff to work in. They both have extensive experience in allied healthcare and running successful practices that focus on creating excellent team cultures.

OUR DEDICATED CLINIC MANAGER
Our dedicated Clinic Manager, Nikita Kettlewell (Clinical Psychologist) works hard to ensure the continuous support of each Succoris Psychologist with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills more broadly or cultivate a particular area of interest.

PEER SUPPORT
You will also enjoy regular collaboration, team sharing and peer support. We have comprehensive training and peer supervision programmes.

ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

About You

You will have experience working with third wave therapies and be someone who wants to be supported by like-minded peers.

You will be experienced in Medicare and third party funding reporting requirements.

You will have experience in administering psychometric assessments.

You are someone who has: a strong love of learning; Telehealth experience; ability to work independently; a desire to be an active part of a team and contribute to the evolution of the practice; and excellent interpersonal skills.

We believe in creating courageous cultures where people can speak up and resolve issues in a brave manner, therefore you will need to be someone who is willing to have tough conversations.

Ability to take on a managerial and leadership role within the clinic would be highly regarded. Full training and support is given, although prior experience would be of benefit.

Experience of managing clinical and operational governance would be an advantage.
