Our client is a well-established manufacturing business seeking an experienced Automation / Maintenance Electrician to support the ongoing operation of production equipment and automated systems.

This is a hands-on role focused on breakdown response, preventative maintenance and fault finding across industrial machinery. You'll work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and ensure equipment remains safe, reliable and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting on production equipment
- Breakdown and preventative maintenance across plant and machinery
- Working with motors, drives, sensors and automated equipment
- Assisting with diagnostics and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures

About You





- A Grade Electrical Licence
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on motors, machinery and automated equipment
- Exposure to PLCs, automation or control systems
- A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance

Highly Regarded

- Food manufacturing experience
- Experience with VSDs, sensors, conveyors or packaging equipment
- PLC fault-finding or programming exposure
