Job Description – Front of House Team Member (All Rounder)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Team Member (All Rounder) to join our team.
Availability Required
Mondays and Fridays
Rotational evening shifts on either Thursday or Friday, shared with other team members
Summer trade more shifts available
About the Role
This is a hands‑on front of house position that requires excellent customer service skills and solid barista experience. You will be confident working independently during busy service periods while delivering a welcoming experience for our locals.
Barista Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years' barista experience
Confident working solo when required
Able to dial in and adjust coffee grinder settings throughout service
Basic latte art skills
Experience with a La Marzocco Linea 3 Group coffee machine is highly regarded
Front of House Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests
Reset and prepare tables
Manage your own service section
Inform guests of daily specials and menu offerings
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
