Your key responsibilities will be:

- Proactively analyse the platform to identify performance improvements that can be addressed by the Site Reliability Engineering team
- Focus on delivering features related to the system's scalability, security, software currency, Application Hot-fixes and reliability.
- Develop internal team tooling to aid in the maintenance, performance and reliability of the platform
- Maintain and engineer performance improvements to existing cloud environments
- Improve current processes via automation to reduce manual effort
- Become a go to person for developers and service team members for troubleshooting
- Review logs and monitor using Splunk, AppDynamics and other tools
- Problem solve technical issues raised by customers both internal and external
- Work closely with developers, devops, and senior site reliability engineers to execute platform requirements and priorities

You will bring:

- Ability to handle incident response, problem-solving, and communication with stakeholders.




- Proficiency in performance tuning, stress testing, and optimizing system performance. (Using Any performance or reliance tools)
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using Power BI/Splunk/APPD and related tools.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with AWS particularly EC2, ECS, VPC, Cloudwatch and Cloudformation
- Experience with scripting languages
- Ability to problem solve end to end across a technology stack

Salary range $80k - $95k p/a
