The Chance
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Landscaper to join our maintenance division. This role will primarily focus on paving repairs and general maintenance within a commercial sporting precinct, as well as across other client sites.
What You'll Do
- Carry out paving works, including grouting and caulking
- Perform timber deck repairs and maintenance
- Undertake retaining wall maintenance and repairs
- Complete concreting works and minor asphalt repairs
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple sites
- Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant worksite in line with WHS requirements
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong work ethic and reliability
What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or relative field (desirable)
- 3+ years' hands on experience in landscaping and/or general maintenance (required)
- Exposure to facilities and commercial environments (desirable)
- Ability to use mobile apps such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Fergus or similar JMS (desirable)
- White Card
- Valid driver's licence
