The Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable care workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide day to day support to our residents, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.

Job requirements About You

We are looking for Personal Carers who can demonstrate:

- A positive approach to care and a genuine commitment to continuous learning and understanding of dementia care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative approach to work.
- Must have minimum 12-month experience working in Residential Aged Care.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care).
- Be available to work across a 24/7 roster

Job responsibilities Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring that residents needs and wishes are met.
- Assisting residents with their personal care.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Encouraging residents to participate in recreational activities and hobbies to promote holistic well-being and connection, whilst respecting their choices at all times.
- Working with allied health and lifestyle teams to provide holistic care.




- Assisting with end-of-life care and support to our resident's families and loved ones.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of each resident's Individual Care Plan.
- Recording and reporting information, including any changes in health and well-being, in accordance with Rembrandt Living's policies and procedures.
- Providing support to your colleagues and embracing a positive and cheerful approach to work, in our resident's home.
