This role involves managing a portfolio of residential properties while providing outstanding service to both property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a residential portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections.
- Manage lease renewals and tenancy administration.
- Work closely with contractors and trades.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.

About You We're looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.




- Enjoys working with people and building relationships.
- Is professional, reliable and solutions-focused.
- Holds a current driver's licence (essential).

Property management experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. A current real estate licence is desirable, but not essential.
