We’re looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our award-winning team based in Perth’s South-Eastern Corridor.

You’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of residential properties,



building strong relationships with owners and tenants, coordinating maintenance, routine inspections, input into leasing, and providing proactive communication and advice to help maximise property performance.

You’ll also have the support of our dedicated Tenant Services, Leasing, New Business and Trust Accounting teams, allowing you to focus on what you do best, delivering exceptional service and managing successful property outcomes.

About you:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio in WA
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and best practice
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to problem solve and manage competing priorities
- Current driver’s licence and relevant WA property management experience
