About the Role

- Support young people with complex behaviours in a residential home.
- Build positive relationships through consistent, therapeutic support.
- Promote life skills, independence, and community participation.
- Respond calmly and safely to challenging situations.
- Complete documentation and contribute to individual support plans.
- This is a male only role

Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable individuals.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours professionally.




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to obtain required clearances.

- Afternoon shifts: $59.70
- Night shifts: $60.79
- Base: $54.28
- Saturday: $75.99
- Sunday: $97.70
- Public Holiday: $119.41
